1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Derma Code AI (the “Service”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, Standard Members, and Elite Members.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.
 
2. Nature of the Service & Medical Disclaimer
2.1 Non-Medical Service
Derma Code AI is an AI-driven skincare cycle management platform.
All analysis results, reports, protocols, and recommendations are provided for cosmetic and informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2.2 Professional Consultation
Users experiencing medical skin conditions, allergies, or dermatological diseases should consult a licensed dermatologist or healthcare professional.
Derma Code AI is not a medical institution.
2.3 No Doctor–Patient Relationship
Use of the Service does not establish a doctor–patient or healthcare provider relationship between the user and Derma Code AI.
 
3. AI Analysis & User Responsibility
3.1 Data Accuracy
Analysis results are generated based on user-provided data, including but not limited to:

• Age

• Skin characteristics

• Environmental conditions

• Lifestyle factors

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of submitted information.
Derma Code AI is not responsible for outcomes resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated data.
3.2 Dynamic Skin Conditions
Skin condition is dynamic and influenced by biological and environmental variables.
Reports reflect the data at the time of analysis. Users are responsible for seeking recalibration when significant changes occur.

4. Service Structure (Reset & Maintain)
Derma Code AI provides two primary service pathways:
Maintain - AI-generated Full Report providing structured cycle management guidance.
Reset - Full Report plus structured protocol integration based on AI analysis.
The decision to proceed with Maintain or Reset remains solely with the user after reviewing their analysis summary.
Derma Code AI does not impose or automatically initiate Reset without user consent.

5. Pricing & Membership Structure
5.1 Single Services

• Reset: $249

• Maintain: $89

5.2 Annual Membership Plans
Standard — $899 per year
• 4 Reset Credits
• 4 Maintain Credits
Elite — $1299 per year
• 6 Reset Credits
• Unlimited Maintain Credits
5.3 Credit Policy

• One Reset Credit is consumed upon generation of a Full Protocol.

• One Maintain Credit is consumed upon generation of a Full Report.

• Credits are non-transferable.

• Credits expire at the end of the membership period.

• Unused credits do not roll over.

Additional sessions may be purchased at designated member rates.

6. Product Integration & Delivery
6.1 Third-Party Products
Products included in a Reset protocol are curated third-party cosmetic products.
Derma Code AI is not the manufacturer of such products unless explicitly stated.
All product trademarks, brand names, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
6.2 No Brand Affiliation
Unless explicitly declared, Derma Code AI is not an official distributor, affiliate, or representative of any referenced cosmetic brand.
6.3 International Shipping
Physical products may be shipped via international courier services (e.g., DHL).
Derma Code AI is not responsible for:

• Customs clearance delays

• Import duties or taxes

• Local regulatory restrictions

• Product seizure by local authorities

Users are responsible for compliance with their local import laws and regulations.

7. Intellectual Property
All proprietary methodologies, AI architecture, scoring systems, data structures, and analytical frameworks are the exclusive intellectual property of Derma Code AI.
Users may not:

• Reverse-engineer the Service

• Replicate or extract the analytical system

• Use the Service to build a competing database

• Share or distribute other users’ private reports

Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Derma Code AI shall not be liable for:

• Skin reactions resulting from third-party cosmetic products

• Adverse outcomes due to inaccurate user data

• Misuse of recommended products

• Reliance on outdated reports

Total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Korea.

10. Modifications
Derma Code AI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Service following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
