Shipping Policy

1. Global Express Shipping
Derma Code AI provides international express shipping for Reset protocol orders through third-party logistics providers such as DHL Express.
Shipping costs are integrated into the overall service price. No separate shipping fee is displayed at checkout.
Derma Code AI does not guarantee specific delivery dates, as shipping timelines are dependent on third-party carriers and customs procedures.

 
2. Custom Curation & Handling Time
Each Reset order is curated based on your individual AI analysis at the time of purchase.
Please allow approximately 2–3 business days for internal verification, preparation, and packaging prior to dispatch.
Processing times may vary during South Korean public holidays or peak operational periods.
Handling time does not include shipping transit time.

 
3. Transit & Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timeframes are determined solely by the shipping provider. Typical estimated transit times (as provided by carriers) may range as follows:

  • Middle East & Asia: approximately 3–6 business days

  • Other international destinations: approximately 5–8 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by:

  • Customs inspections

  • Local regulatory requirements

  • Weather disruptions

  • Regional logistical delays

Derma Code AI is not responsible for delays occurring after carrier handover.
 
4. Customs, Duties & Import Regulations
International orders may be subject to:

  • Import duties

  • Customs taxes

  • Regulatory inspections

All such fees and compliance requirements are the responsibility of the recipient.
DHL or the designated carrier may contact you directly to facilitate customs clearance.
Derma Code AI is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by customs authorities

  • Refused shipments

  • Seized goods

  • Additional charges imposed by local authorities

Failure to provide required documentation or to pay applicable duties may result in shipment return or disposal.
 
5. Address Accuracy
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address in English.
Derma Code AI is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from:

  • Incorrect address details

  • Incomplete contact information

  • Unreachable recipients

Address modifications may only be requested while the order status remains “Processing.”
Once an order is marked “Shipped” and a tracking number is generated, shipment redirection or cancellation is not guaranteed.

6. Tracking & Notifications
Once dispatched, tracking information will be made available in your account dashboard and/or sent via registered email. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may not reflect real-time changes in all regions.
