Refund Policy

1. Digital Services (Maintain & Reset Reports)
Derma Code AI provides AI-generated digital analysis and protocol services.
1.1 Pre-Access Cancellation
If you request cancellation before accessing or opening your Full Report or Full Protocol, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
1.2 Post-Access Policy
Once a Full Report or Full Protocol has been accessed, generated, or made available in your account, the digital service is considered fulfilled.
Due to the customized and non-reversible nature of AI-generated digital content, refunds for accessed reports are not guaranteed.
At our sole discretion, partial refunds may be considered in exceptional cases.


2. Membership Refunds (Standard & Elite)
Membership fees are based on bundled annual credit allocations.
If a member requests cancellation before the end of the membership term, the refund will be calculated as:
Refund Amount = Paid Membership Fee − Value of Services Used

2.1 Deduction Unit Values

  • Reset session: $130 per use

  • Maintain session: $50 per use

2.2 No-Refund Condition
If the total value of used services exceeds the membership fee paid, no refund will be issued.
2.3 Applied Discounts
Any member-exclusive discounts applied to previous transactions may be deducted from the final refundable amount. Unused credits expire at the end of the membership term and are non-transferable.
 
3. Order Cancellation (Reset with Physical Products)
3.1 Before Shipment
Orders may be canceled while the status is “Processing.” Digital service rules (Section 1) still apply if a report has already been generated.
3.2 After Shipment
Once an order is marked as “Shipped” and tracking has been issued, cancellation is not possible.
Shipping fees, customs duties, and international logistics costs are non-refundable.

 
4. Returns & Product Issues
4.1 Change of Mind
Due to the personalized nature of Reset protocol curation, we do not accept returns based on change of mind.
4.2 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
Upon verification, we may provide:

  • Replacement shipment, or

  • Proportional refund

at our discretion.
 
5. Skin Reactions
Individual skin responses vary. Derma Code AI is not liable for mild or expected adjustment reactions.
In cases of severe documented adverse reactions, please contact us for case review.
Any goodwill compensation, if offered, will be determined at our sole discretion and does not constitute admission of liability.
 
6. Refund Processing
All refund requests must be submitted through our official support channel (Contact).
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
